| WHY WE COLLECT SALES TAX |
|
The JMS Group is associated with Hanesbrands Direct, LLC which has a presence, either through inventory,
or retail stores, in the majority of the 50 states. Therefore we are required by law to collect state and local taxes
on orders shipped to those states. We calculate sales tax based on the laws of the state to which an order is being
shipped.
You may also be charged sales tax on shipping and handling, based on the laws of
the state where your order is being shipped.
When you review your order total during checkout, you will see the estimated sales
tax. The total charge to your credit card will include the actual, applicable state
and local taxes.

| WHAT INTERNET BROWSER DO I NEED TO NAVIGATE YOUR SITE? |

Just My Size is designed to work with the latest versions of Internet Explorer
and Netscape Navigator. If you use older browser versions -- Internet Explorer 5.0
or earlier; Netscape Navigator 3.0 or earlier; AOL 3.0 or earlier -- you may encounter
technical problems during on-line ordering.
To order on-line at Just My Size, you must use an SSL-compliant browser with a
"secure" mode. A secure browser will show either a closed lock or an unbroken key
at the bottom of the checkout page.
You must also make sure JavaScript is enabled in your browser's Preferences.
For the optimum on-line experience at Just My Size, you may wish to download
Microsoft® Internet Explorer 5.5 or later or Netscape Navigator 4.7 or later.
If you continue to log onto JMS with an older browser, you may find that
some key functions (e.g., checkout and registration) do not work properly. Below are

| HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE? |
|
There are three convenient, user-friendly ways to place an order
online:
Shop through the Store:
- Browse through the Internet Store. Simply click on the department(s) that interest you (upper menu bar).
Then click the text link(s) for the collection you're seeking (left-hand column). Click the product
images to view individual styles.
- Once you have clicked on your selection, choose the size, color, and quantity of your choice.
- Then click on the ADD TO SHOPPING BAG button.
- Once you have selected all the items you wish to order, click on VIEW SHOPPING BAG at the bottom of the page.
Shop our online catalog:
- Click SHOP ONLINE CATALOG. You'll find SHOP ONLINE CATALOG in the lefthand navigation bar on this page, at the
bottom of every page (under "Catalogs"), and at the top of the home page.
- Click on the catalog cover to start shopping.
- Click BACK or NEXT to turn pages. Or click the pages you want in the upper navigation bar.
- Click on an item to get product details.
- Click "Add to Cart" or "Get More Info" to buy the product
Order from your printed catalog:
- Just open up your printed catalog. Then click on the CATALOG QUICK ORDER
link at the bottom of the site page. A new page will appear. Enter your catalog's DC#
in the space indicated. Then click SUBMIT.
- You will see an Order Form for Printed Catalog. For each item you wish to order, fill out the line on the form and click on
ADD TO SHOPPING BAG. Repeat this process until you are finished shopping.
- When you've finished entering all the items you wish to order, scroll down to view your
Shopping Bag.
- To take advantage of specials, be sure to enter the drop code (DC #) from the back of your catalog

| HOW DO I SEARCH FOR A PRODUCT? |
|
In the grey menu bar at upper right, you will see the words
"ENTER KEYWORD OR ITEM #" -- followed by a white space. In this space, briefly type keyword(s)
based on what you know about the item you're seeking. For instance, if you know the
item number, type that in. If you're seeking a cotton panty, type "cotton panty"
(without quotes). If you'd like to see all panties, type "panty" (without quotes).
Then click the "SEARCH" button right next to the white space.
Within seconds, you will see an array of all products matching your search
criteria, displayed by department.
You may also narrow your search results by department. Simply click the department you
desire under "Narrow your search results" in the left-hand column.
If you still do not see what you want, you may need to refine your search.
Try different keywords. Or type in several keywords at the same time. The more
keywords you include, the more specific your search: You may get fewer results
overall, but you may also get fewer irrelevant ones -- and more pertinent ones.
If you still cannot find what you're seeking after several tries, then it's
possible the item is not on our website. If you have further questions about this,

IMPORTANT: You can also use special shopping tools to find the styles that suit you best. You'll find

- Seeking the perfect bra? Click on "Bra Finder". Enter your bra size; then click FIND. Bra Finder will tell
you how many bra styles are available in your size. Then you can start narrowing your search based on your
personal preferences--underwire versus wirefree, seamed versus seamless, etc. When you're ready to view
your results, simply click VIEW ALL.
- Looking for fashions that flatter your figure? Click on "Shop by Shape." Find the body shape that most
closely matches your own. Then click SELECT. The Shop by Shape finder will tell you how many styles are
available to suit your specific shape. Then you can start narrowing your search based on your style preferences--bottoms,
tops, dresses, outerwear, etc. When you're ready to view your results, simply click VIEW ALL.

| HOW DO I REDEEM A PROMO CODE? |
|
From time to time, you may receive a special promotional number ("Promo Code"),
which you may use to qualify for a special deal or discount at Just My Size.
For instance, you may notice such a code at the bottom of one of the promotional
e-mails you've received from us.
Usually the Promo Code is applicable only if you're using our Electronic Order
Blank to utilize our CATALOG QUICK ORDER option. If you are not doing this -- if you are
simply clicking to order online -- then the Promo Code is not necessary.
If you do plan to use a Promo Code, though, here's how:
- Enter your order from your printed catalog, following the instructions found here.
- Click the "Proceed to Checkout" button.
- When you reach the checkout step requesting your PAYMENT METHOD, enter your credit card information as indicated.
- On the same page, you'll see: PROMO CODE REDEMPTION (OPTIONAL). Click the "Enter Promo Code" button.
- Enter your Promo Code in the space provided.
- Click the "Continue Checkout" button.
- Complete the rest of the checkout process. Note: You must click the "SUBMIT ORDER" button to submit your order successfully.
Once you click "SUBMIT ORDER," your Promo Code will transmit along with the rest
of your ordering information. When we process your order, we will make sure you get
the appropriate deal or discount connected with the Promo Code.
